Dongxing Nanocrystalline Glaze Crosslinking and Curing Technology
Process Principle
A leading patented nano-level crystal glaze cross-linking and curing process deeply integrates high-density nano-sized crystal glaze particles with the PVC flooring surface. Through a high-temperature cross-linking and curing reaction, a seamless, dense, and uniform integrated crystal glaze protective layer is formed on the floor surface, unlike ordinary surface spraying or coating adhesion. This fundamentally strengthens the surface performance of the PVC flooring.
