description
Single-joist composite surface solid wood sports flooring is the most economical type of indoor sports wood flooring. Supported by a single joist and paired with a composite wood flooring surface, it offers high cost-effectiveness and is commonly used in conventional commercial sports venues. When combined with PVC flooring as a composite flooring system, it is a popular solution for sports clubs.
Core Structure Breakdown
- Composite Wood Surface Layer: 10-12mm multi-layer engineered wood panel (maple/oak veneer top), pre-finished with anti-slip UV coating.
- Plywood Stabilization Layer: 12-15mm multi-layer birch plywood, prevents warping and shrinkage.
- Single Keel Frame: 30×50mm solid wood keel (pine/larch), spaced 400mm apart, with moisture-proof treatment.
- Elastic Cushion Pad: Rubber/foam pad under each keel, for basic shock absorption.
- Moisture-Proof Membrane: PE moisture barrier, protects the structure from ground moisture.

Core Performance
- Shock Absorption: ≥40%
- Ball Rebound Rate: ≥85%
- Vertical Deformation: ≥1.5mm
- Friction Coefficient: 0.4-0.8
Best Fit Applications
Recreational basketball/badminton courts, school gymnasiums, community activity centers, enterprise employee recreation halls, and low-traffic multi-purpose halls.
