Outdoor pickleball court construction is an excellent choice for most countries and regions. Besides our acrylic-coated materials, you can also choose professional outdoor PVC flooring mats. This particular flooring with a PUR coating features a large sand pattern (also called “feather”) similar to badminton shuttlecocks, as well as a small pebble pattern. This surface inherits the highly praised anti-slip and rebound advantages of badminton, while also undergoing comprehensive weather resistance upgrades for harsh outdoor environments.

After all, while acrylic coatings are very wear-resistant and have excellent weather resistance, their drawback is a lack of cushioning and elasticity. Therefore, we supply flooring with a PVC base material and acrylic coating, as well as pure PVC material, overcoming the limitation of only being usable indoors.

What is a PUR coating?

PUR coating stands for Polyurethane Reinforced Coating. It uses a thermosetting + UV-curing composite process to form a dense, non-porous polyurethane protective film on the surface of PVC flooring. It is a top-of-the-line surface treatment technology for high-end PVC sports flooring, distinct from ordinary UV coatings, and specifically developed for high weather resistance, high wear resistance, and easy cleaning applications.

Pickleball Print Layer: Features a crystal sand texture and markings, using imported sun-resistant ink with a colorfastness rate of ≥98%, ensuring long-term colorfastness even outdoors.

Dense and semi-foamed layer structures are available to meet the multiple requirements of pickleball in terms of wear resistance, weather resistance, rebound rate, and cushioning.

Installation:

1. Full-coverage adhesive application for fixed installation.
2. Partial edge application of adhesive or welding.
Welding Treatment: Joints are welded using hot-melt welding, with the welding gun temperature controlled at 350-380℃ to ensure a smooth and waterproof weld.
