3.0 mm: Designed for medium- to long-term temporary installations, high-frequency use, and outdoor applications. It offers enhanced shock absorption, reducing athlete fatigue and the risk of injury, and provides greater durability.
It provides stable ball rebound, and its flat, non-deformation surface eliminates dead angles. Waterproof, mildew-proof, and splash-proof, easy to clean and maintain.
2.2 Crystal-coated surface suitable for outdoor use
This surface will not scratch, fade, or peel under repeated friction from athletic shoes, seats, and equipment, or frequent foot traffic.
It provides excellent slip resistance in both dry and wet conditions. The surface contains UV inhibitors to prevent fading and surface aging. Custom printed patterns will not fade. The surface effectively protects against coffee, soft drinks, and other common spills.

3. How to Roll Up and Unroll?
The installation should follow the standard PVC sports flooring installation method. No adhesive is needed on the bottom. For each roll of flooring, use tape to seal the seams on the bottom, then groove the surface and weld the seams with weld lines. When rolling up, the entire court material should be rolled together. If you feel that welding only the front and using tape on the back of the flooring is not strong enough, you can use a double-sided welding method. This allows for temporary court use and efficient space utilization.

5. Will the cost be high?
Compared to permanently fixed pickleball court surfaces, it eliminates the need for adhesive application during installation. However, custom-printed patterns will naturally be more expensive than standard solid-color PVC pickleball mats. If the only requirement is convenient roll-up functionality and a simple design, the cost will be lower. In most cases, the difference won’t be significant, so there’s no need to worry; its purchase cost will be roughly equivalent to that of ordinary indoor and outdoor pickleball court materials.
