Indoor Playground Flooring Installation and Maintenance
Indoor Playground Flooring Installation and Maintenance
1. Pre-Installation Preparation
Ensure the ground is flat, dry, clean, and free of oil stains and cracks.
The ambient temperature for installation should be maintained between 15-30℃.
Place the flooring rolls/sheets at the installation site for 24 hours.
2. Recommended Installation Method
Use environmentally friendly PVC flooring adhesive to directly adhere the flooring to the subfloor. This prevents displacement after installation.
3. Daily Maintenance and Care
- Sweep away dust daily and wipe the floor with a damp mop. No special cleaning agents are needed.
- Stain Removal: For beverage, oil, and crayon stains, wipe with a neutral detergent and a damp cloth.
- Avoid scratching with sharp objects. Sharp toys and metal objects in the playground can easily scratch the floor surface.
- Perform a thorough cleaning of the floor every 3-6 months, checking for warping or damage. Address any issues promptly to extend its lifespan.
